The news that Rihanna and ASAP Rocky are expecting their first baby flew since the singer was shown in public with her baby bump exposed while walking hand in hand with her partner. The image of Rihanna and ASAP Rocky holding hands took the general public by surprise, although not completely… The pair of artists have been dating for several months (if not a year if the rumors are true) and both have been quite in love and ready to take their relationship to another level. Well, they are not yet married. However, Rihanna’s pregnancy is a great way to continue her lovely romance, which she started in 2012. She knows the evolution of her love story since they met, when her first kiss was and how it was confirmed their relationship.

How did they meet and how did their love story begin?

It was in 2012 when the first images of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky came out together, specifically at their performance at the MTV VMA Awards. There the chemistry was already noticeable in the environment but it was not until after 8 years when the thing took hold. And so much so that it has curdled that now they are pregnant.

The cold November 2020 arrived and there it was confirmed that the artists were dating: “They are crazy for each other. Their romance is evolving naturally, and it all started because they were already friends from before. 

They already knew each other and respected each other. They loved being together and laughing even before they started dating. All of that has contributed to their romance being so solid,” a source told People magazine at the time.

In May 2021, Rocky finally released a pledge and said that the singer was the love of her life and that he wanted to have children with her, that it was “her destiny” for her.
