Today, where life seems to move at an inordinate speed, physical exercise has become an excellent way to escape this reality and obtain various health benefits. But what exactly is the importance of physical activity on a daily basis?
What is the physics activity?
Although most people cannot perceive it, we find ourselves doing physical activities at all times. Just the act of speaking, blinking or breathing makes our body move and exercises constantly.
