“Winning a Grammy is presently my only goal.” Portable, an afrobeat musician, proclaims

Nigeria’s rising Fuji sensation Portable has come out and said that he just wants one thing from his music career: to win a Grammy.

He said as much in his last interview, in which he discussed his creative goals, everyday challenges, and other issues.

He admitted that he had achieved success in the Nigerian music industry’s secondary level stage and that he would back the eventual winner of the bigger prize without hesitation.

He wanted more than anything to be recognized as Africa’s top artist and win a Grammy.

There was a delay in responses as supporters voiced their thoughts. Most people, including Olamide, were attracted to his assurance in the viral video because of the assured manner he articulated his desire.

Portable sprang to prominence after working with Olamide, leader of the YBNL, on “Zazu,” the most popular song of the summer celebrations.
